I set up Maragon Training and Consultancy in 2024 with the mission of assisting businesses across the West Midlands to grow sustainably.
Having spent over 25 years in Sales and Marketing, I developed many portfolios and worked with Global Brands in the FMCG and Automotive sector. After moving into Higher Education, I became a qualified teacher and an online learning specialist, finally becoming a Principal Lecturer and Head of Department for Management and Leadership. Whilst in post I helped develop the University’s consultancy arm and this sparked a passion for problem solving in a commercial context.
